INDIANAPOLIS -- Indianapolis Colts receiver Donte Moncrief returned to practice Wednesday and he said he would be surprised if he didnt play in Sundays game against the Kansas City Chiefs.Moncrief, the Colts No. 2 receiver behind T.Y.
